Job description
Best Personnel Inc. is currently accepting applications for experienced Skilled Construction Workers to join our workforce for upcoming client assignments.
We are an employment agency that provides workers to a variety of construction and work sites across the Lower Mainland. Assignments may vary by location, duration, schedule, client needs, and worker availability. Some opportunities may offer full-time hours depending on the assignment.
Location: Lower Mainland, BC
What this role involves
Performing skilled construction work on active job sites
Assisting with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing tasks
Supporting material handling and hoist coordination on site
Completing concrete finishing, tile setting, flooring, and cabinetry work
Reading and following blueprints, drawings, and site instructions
Assisting with framing, interior build-outs, and finishing tasks
Supporting other trades and assisting with general site duties as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience on active construction sites
Experience with skilled construction tasks such as caulking, concrete finishing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or framing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional
Reliable transportation
