About the Role
Put your equipment experience to work.
As a Boom Lift Operator with Best Personnel, you’ll support construction and other active job sites by operating equipment safely and efficiently, working alongside site crews and helping keep day-to-day operations moving.
Assignments may vary depending on client needs, location, equipment, and project requirements. Candidates should also be comfortable assisting with general labour duties when equipment work is slower.
What This Role Involves:
Operating machinery or equipment safely and efficiently
Assisting with site preparation, material movement, and general operations
Working around construction, warehouse, civil, or industrial job sites
Completing pre-use equipment checks when required
Following supervisor instructions and site safety procedures
Communicating clearly with site teams and ground workers
Assisting with general labour duties when equipment work is slower
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:
- Previous Machine or Equipment Operation Experience
- Confident Operating Equipment Safely on a Job Site
- Valid Equipment Tickets Strongly Preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proper Authorization to Work in Canada
- Willing to Complete General Tasks When Required
Required Gear:
- Hard Hat
- CSA-Approved Steel-Toed Work Boots
- High-Visibility Safety Vest
- Weather Appropriate Clothing
- Reliable and Punctual
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
- Any PPE Required by Work Site
